Refund policy

At Breez Cloth, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required. Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Info@breezcloth.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping label and return shipping costs when returning items by mail.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items. To request an exchange, please contact us first at Info@breezcloth.com so we can provide the next steps.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
